**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our
**Melbourne** team in an exciting role which will give you the autonomy to work across multiple projects, customers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service. You will be the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland whilst at the same time enhancing Stockland’s competitive position and brand. You will act as the voice of the customer as part of a team who strives to innovate, creating experiences that are always getting better. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed term parental leave contract.
**About the Role**
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and strive to deliver exceptional service with the ability to think outside the box. You will:
- Be proactive, take ownership of tasks through to completion
- Listen, empathise and think creatively to manage customer and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain and update the after-sales CRM systems and processes to enhance the customer's experience
- Plan, schedule and create EDMs to keep our customers up-to-date
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
**About You**
You are a lateral thinker who can organise your time. You are innately helpful and friendly and always look at ways to add value. You will have:
- Significant experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience within the residential home sales or customer space preferred
- A customer focus that drives you - you truly understand delivering outstanding service
- Superior communication and listening skills which enables you to be effective in conflict resolution
- Exposure to contract and legal administration
- Strong attention to detail is paramount and copywriting experience is beneficial
- Hold a current driver’s license and have personal transport, as travel is required in the role
