**About the Role**:
A newly created opportunity has arisen to appoint a full time Commercial Assets Manager to join our Finance team, located at our head office in Notting Hill**.**

Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, you will be accountable for:

- Minimising cost across depreciation, freight and storage charges whilst ensuring sales and contract loan fulfilment performance is not impacted by inadequate equipment levels.
- Maximising returns through the sale of redundant/excess assets as part of a robust planning processes across all fleet portfolios.
- Driving greater efficiency of the OAZ owned fleet.
- Maintaining strong safeguarding processes around equipment existence and systems alignment.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a strategic, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

- At least 8 years of experience in an analytical role which incorporates commercial, financial and asset management experience.
- Preferred additional experience in Supply Chain, Business process frameworks, Project Management.
- An ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across a broader cross-section of roles and seniority.
- Excellent analytical ability and skills.
