Accounts receivable / Payable

- **Responsibilities **_

Include working with our GM in setting up new accounts Contacting and assisting existing clients with orders.
Upselling to customers when receiving their orders.
Problem-solving, general customer service, and support.
Ensure orders are completed each day for early dispatches. Daily will mainly be communicating with Café owners for customer call-ups and organising invoices for order pick-up. An innate passion for people & coffee with excellent communication skills are important as is your presentation and professionalism. Friendly hands-on person to assist staff members where needed.
- **Duties Include**_

Answering incoming calls and daily order call-ups.

Invoicing sales orders in MYOB for W/H dispatch/receive.

Document, record & respond to initial sales/service requests.

Receive record and document all equipment movements.

Assisting in general office admin, printing, scanning, etc

Ensure the Reception area is well presented all the time.

Client database administration, booking courier services.

Perform general sales support activities including update of action timeline requirements in MYOB weekly to-do list & communicate to field/sales staff any actions required.
