**About the Role**
Under the direction of the Global Head of Marketing (US based), the Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC) will launch global marketing campaigns in APAC, be the eyes and ears within Tritium’s headquarters for opportunities to promote the company’s unique selling points, and manage regional marketing and public relations (PR) activities. To achieve these activities and increase brand awareness and generate demand, the manager will develop, project manage, and execute online and offline marketing and communications strategies.

This role requires someone who understands the electric vehicle (EV) industry and has the ability to build strong relationships with Tritium’s partners and customers in Asia Pacific, fostering those relationships and knowledge into compelling, actionable, and measurable campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.

Finally, this role requires a self-starter who is eager to make an impact through their marketing and communications expertise.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- **Launch global initiatives** - carry through the company’s global marketing strategy across APAC.
- **Regional campaign development**- strategize, plan, and execute regional campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.
- **Partner marketing**- build strong relationships with Tritium’s partners and customers in Asia Pacific, and assisting the regional sales team when needed.
- **Events and tradeshows**- work with regional sales and business development to source, plan, and successfully execute online and offline tradeshows and events.
- **Reporting**- define regional goals and KPIs, and leverage best practices to track, monitor, report, and improve campaign performance. Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverable.
- **Brand management**- facilitate a positive brand image for Tritium in Asia Pacific. Thoughtfully manage the Tritium brand in the APAC market to increase share of voice and brand awareness.
- **Support**- as needed, support overall Tritium global marketing campaigns, channels, goals, and programs.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree qualified in Marketing or Communications (MBA a plus, but not required)
- Minimum of 4-6 years communications and marketing experience in corporate communications, public relations and/or marketing.
- Experience in the energy or transportation industry is desirable
- International experience with global perspective preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) and social media management tools (like Hootsuite) is preferred
- 10-15% travel required
