Our client a mid-sized, privately held business who offer a range of bespoke products to market are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team based at Brisbane Northside. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will hold a key place within their leadership team and will lead and manage their Marketing function being both strategic and operationally hands on.

**Your new role**
In this position you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.This role will work as part of a small marketing team (Graphics & Marketing Asst)
You will be interacting daily with the management team and the company's customer base and your key deliverables will be for the company to interact more intentionally with their client base through creation of customer loyalty programs as well as improve their communication channels to be broader. (Eg:Video) Some of the areas you will be responsible for include Social Media (Facebook/YouTube/Linked/Instagram), Website Updates including web form management, Internal & External Communications, Virtual Catalogue Design, Development & Product Updates as well as any Marketing for Trade Shows.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will be an experienced Marketing Manager who has ideally worked for a Mid Sized Business before. Skills with catalogue design and development will be seen as advantageous.
