**About the role**

**_ Strategic Communication Development:_** Communicate and translate the strategic business plan into information for leaders and employees, policies, procedures, goals and objectives.

**_ Audience Targeting and Messaging:_**_ _Identify specific internal audiences and develop targeted approaches and message platforms that meet the needs of each audience.

**_ Communication Tools and Distribution:_** Lead in the development of communication tools and distribution channels to disseminate information across the organisation.

**_ Intranet Management and Enhancement:_** Develop and maintain intranet content, liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance, and make recommendations to improve the intranet sites.

**_ Content Development and Engagement:_**_ _Continue to develop and produce new, relevant, and engaging content utilising existing channels as we identify new tools, as appropriate.

**_ Relationship Building:_** Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key leaders in the organisation.

**_ Issue Assessment and Impact Evaluation:_** Assess critical nature of issues and their potential to impact the business internally as well as externally.

**What we are looking for**
- Degree in communications, or related discipline, or equivalent diploma and experience
- Proven experience in dedicated internal communications and communications change management roles
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing internal communications and change management best practice and standards
- Thorough understanding of the principles of effective change management
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of internal communication strategies and change management activities
- Able to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages and to create targeted, effective communications to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
