We are looking to hire Kronos Change Manager to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Below are the different roles we are hiring for a lending practice

Direct change requirements and work for other members of the project change team (Analyst/Learning) and oversee quality of work.

Gather and analyse customer and colleague impact data and work with respective stakeholder groups.

Formulate and deliver change approaches to effectively engage and transition employees

Proactively forecast and plan for end-to-end initiative change management design and delivery success.

Proactively work with the business to map out key risks in initiative change implementation and derive appropriate mitigations.

Coach and influence leaders in the effective implementation of change for the project.

Support appropriate integration and mitigation of change impacts across initiatives impacting the same stakeholder and user audience groups.

Provide change delivery engagement and collaboration across multiple parallel running projects within the Portfolio, as required.

Experience with Kronos or similar Time and Attendance, rostering, leave management technology solutions.

Experience in leading change for large and diverse audiences in a complex environment.

A minimum of 7 years of complex organisational change management experience, including experience within financial services / insurance.

Demonstrated strong capability to drive end to end behaviour change.

Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement capability at all levels.

Strong written and verbal communication.

A team player who is 'Ready For Anything'.
