Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on
Warehouse Officer
to join our Perth operations team. The role is responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, including goods receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and spare parts.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform goods storage, labeling, and proper placement on shelves.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficient layout (approx. 300 sqm facility).
  • Assist in basic packing, loading, and unloading activities when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or Excel record keeping.
  • Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (forklift license preferred).
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks safely.
