With maximum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or production environment, a high-level systems understanding, a driver’s licence, coupled with the ability to do manual work and safely lift items where required, you will:

- Bring organisational skills used to manage inventory and coordinate the activities of a warehouse.
- Support the manufacturing activities for our technology business, utilising your skills and proactive attitude to assist with the day-to-day running of the operation.
- Be responsible for the procurement of all materials and parts required for manufacturing and sale, dealing with the process from purchase order creation to receival of goods. This stock will then be organised and controlled to ensure inventory levels are sustained and all items are accounted for.
- Communicate with the manufacturing team, pick the required items and package them to a suitable standard ready for delivery.
- Liaise with clients and courier companies to organise the logistics process and ensure all deliveries, invoices and quotes to clients are supplied within the agreed delivery windows.
- Organise the warehousing of supply parts to ensure all stock is accounted for and can be easily located.
- Carry out general administrative tasks required to keep the warehouse facility in operational condition and order office equipment and goods.
- Work closely with the global Finance team based in Perth.
- It would be desirable, not essential, if you have a general understanding of mining technology and instrumentation.
