**About the role**:
We are seeking a hard working, dedicated and passionate **Area Trainer** to join our team at for our **Brisbane Northern Suburbs** **We have opportunities for full time employment offering 38 hours per week.

Reporting to the Repair Manager, you will be actively responsible in achieving PTC’s performance goals in the repair and servicing of mobile devices. Enhancing PTC customers’ experience by maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment. Technicians will consistently provide a friendly and welcoming shopping experience and are always available to answer any customer enquiries.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- A genuine passion for mobile & tech
- Flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend
- Experience working to and exceeding all budgets and KPI’s
- Support the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales/repair targets as well as individual productivity sales targets.
- Manage end to end store repair operations and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
- Continue to develop repair skills to keep up to date with the latest models and devices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them up to date with device repairs and special orders.
- Monitor competitors pricing and report to Repair Manager
- Ensure store standard directives are executed in line with company strategy, policies and systems including and not limited to store merchandising, work health and safety and overall store presentation.
- Assist retail & repair management to review, create and deliver repair and retail operational processes that accurately reflect the brand.
- Support and train team members with repair issues and repair training to achieve a high skill level.
- Adhere to PTC’s policies and procedures in place and amended from time to time.
