**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Are you a people-person that loves the thrill of a sale? Well look no further, an opportunity has become available for a customer service/inbound sales guru to give our valued trade and retail customers a first-class experience, convert sales leads, and contribute to customer service process improvements.

Reporting to the **Customer Relations Manager**, you will work closely within a small team, focussing on all things customer service which includes managing key customers relationships and contributing to increased sales conversion rates.

This position is **full-time Monday to Friday** with **a rotating weekend roster with loading rates included.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a valued team member of our inbound trade and retail sales team, your role will include:

- Provide customers with tailored product information to convert leads into sales
- Ensure orders are correctly quoted, invoiced, and processed to maintain sales accuracy
- Liaise with other departments throughout the supply chain to ensure orders are on-time, every time
- Rectify any customer issues as quickly and effectively as possible
- Support other inbound sales team members to ensure performance targets are achieved
- Regularly report to the Customer Relations Manager on customer-service related activities
- Work closely with the inbound sales team to improve processes to ultimately improve the customer's experience

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in internal or external sales
- Proven experience working towards sales targets within a fast-paced environment
- Resilient with the ability to proactively seek solutions to customer enquiries
- A big team player who finds enjoyment from helping others succeed
- High attention to detail particularly when confirming orders with customers
- Adaptable personality with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders ranging from blue-collar to white-collar professionals
- Ambitious and motivated with the desire to develop their career within a large business
