**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Entering and processing orders from inbound customers
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers to ensure a smooth sales transaction
- Liaising with various internal departments such as estimating, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
- Engage in regular product and sales training as part of Stratco career development
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

- strong administrative skills and an eye for detail to ensure timely and accurate customer order entries

- confident in customer service with the ability to extract the right information to best support the customers' needs
