**The Role**

Brighton BMW Motorrad is currently looking for a Parts and accessories Interpreter willing to take the next step to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual to further develop their career with one of Melbourne’s newest BMW Motorrad dealers. You will be working with our service team at Mentone and accountable for the following responsibilities:

- Build customer relationships through superior customer service
- Interpret, supply and invoicing of accessories & parts to Retail customers, Service and Pre-Delivery departments
- Assist with customer motorcycle concierge for the service team
- Prepare and assist in annual stocktake

**About You**
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (BMW parts experience will be highly regarded).
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) or equal industry experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers, employees, stakeholders and business partners
- Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Valid Motorcycle license
