The Role
Under the general direction of a vibrant Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the management, co-ordination and processing of all local and export customer order/service responsibilities and duties.

Responsibilities;
Responsible for the accurate entry of all customer orders for the total business
Management and maintenance of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Responsible for supporting the broader customer service function and its associated administrative tasks, as required

About You
A minimum of two years in a Customer Service role, preferably in a similar environment using SAP
Strong attention to detail
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to customers, consumers and internal stakeholders
Ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to think outside the square to problem solve
