Easy Authoring is seeking Program Manager to shape the current Project Management Office (PMO) in the Digital Solutions Division.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- The PMO is responsible for providing governance oversight for the DSD IT program of work
- Program Manager will be leading the current PMO team and a small team of consultants to establish a fully functional and well performing PMO in Digital Solutions Division.
- **Delivery Support** - Provisioning of reporting across the DSD IT delivery portfolio providing visibility and transparency of the progress of work. Quality assurance and scrutiny of overall portfolio to support successful delivery of portfolio objectives and outcomes.
- **Pipeline**:

- A Front door concierge service focused on building relationships with business to understand and form a pipeline of work coming into DSD.
- **Governance**:

- Responsible for collaborating across DSD and with external partners to ensure streamlined processes and practices including audit, risk, and MOU management.
- **Agile and PMO Centre of Excellence** - Ensure consistency in ways of working in DSD and provide training, mentoring a guidance to work continuously improve practices
- **Workforce Planning** - Work with the DSD executive to analyze, forecast and plan the DSD workforce supply and demand. Run various procurement processes and assist teams in DSD to run procurement processes.

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience running large ICT projects, programs, or Project Management Offices
- Ability to think outside the box to achieve pragmatic approaches when solving problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to: - articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. - manage relationships, facilitate, and negotiate with stakeholders. - coach, mentor and develop business stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile project principles and methodologies.

**Desirable criteria**:

- A proven and consistent Program Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in Program Manager roles
- Recent Agile Program / Project experience
