12-month contract available in exciting ICT procurement and contract administration.

**Your new company**

Join a Federal Government department located in Canberra. You will be working collaboratively within the ICT procurement team, establishing procurement methodologies, evaluating tenders, and negotiating contracts in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework.

**Your new role**

This role will be the next step in your ICT procurement career. Your strong organisation skills and attention to detail will be utilised in the support of the team workflow processes and preparation of procurement documentation. In addition, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Managing and undertaking procurement reporting and verification activities, and processing procurements through the financial management system - TechnologyOne.
- Maintaining and implementing procurement and contract management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Contributing to procurement planning activities within the wider Procurement Team and across the Agency.
- Providing specialist ICT procurement advice and adherence to CPR’s

**What you'll need to succeed**

In addition, you will have demonstrated skills in the following areas:

- Experience with TechnologyOne software
- Demonstrated experience with contract negotiations and drafting procurement documentation
- Experience delivering support and advice complying with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and delivering to time-frames
