**The Role**
Reporting to an ICT Procurement Team Leader - the ICT Procurement Officers are responsible for facilitating the purchase of ICT goods and services. The occupants of the role will, with support from the broader team, seek quotes, draft contract documents using the Digital Transformation Agency’s templates, and help manage the team shared mailboxes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 4 ICT Procurement Officers may include:

- Populating contract templates for supplier/delegate signoff.
- Creating and maintaining entries in the procurement and records management systems.
- Providing guidance on procurement processes and steps to follow to internal stakeholders.
