**The Business**
A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Pole Foundations Australia Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). Genus PFA is one of the market leaders in providing asset inspection and maintenance services for entities and the private sector. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager personnel to join our PFA team.

**The Role**
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Operations Manager. The primary function of this role is to prepare, assign, manage, and monitor the business and its operations to achieve the Genus business goals.

The Operations Manager role involves, but is not limited to:

- SHEQ leadership and management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of work delivered via internal staff and subcontracted resource ensuring work is delivered efficiently on time and to budget.
- Management of around 50 FTEs
- Responsibility for the P&L
- Stakeholder management and first point of escalation for the client, internal staff and subcontractors and suppliers.
- Constantly drive a lean culture across all parts of the business.

**Essential criteria**
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in a management position.
- Demonstrated knowledge in asset inspection and pole nailing operations.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Strong understanding of the power utilities industry.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Capability to operate autonomously, demonstrating initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency in handling high-pressure situations while upholding a meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop detailed project plans, covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
