**Description**:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Vehicle Operator seeking long-term, stable employment on major industrial projects. Working with Liberty Industrial, a recognised leader in demolition and remediation across Australia, you'll play a key role in supporting critical site operations through the safe transport of materials and operation of plant.
As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you’ll be responsible for operating a range of heavy vehicles, including articulated dump trucks (Moxy), water carts, and service trucks. You’ll also contribute to general site duties as needed, gaining exposure to some of the most technically challenging and rewarding projects in the industry.

The Role
Drive and operate heavy vehicles for transporting equipment and materials to, from, and around the worksite
Operate articulated dump trucks (Moxy), water trucks, and service trucks
Perform and document pre-start inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained in clean and safe working condition
Report any mechanical issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance
Adhere to NHVR regulations, Chain of Responsibility requirements, and company safety policies
Maintain accurate records of driving hours and vehicle servicing
Support demolition, civil, or remediation works on-ground when not driving
**Skills and Experiences**:
What We’re Looking For
**Essential**:
Current HR licence or higher (unrestricted)
RII qualification for articulated dump truck and water truck operation
Demonstrated experience operating heavy vehicles in construction, mining, or industrial settings (minimum 2 years' experience)
White Card (General Construction Induction)
Sound knowledge of heavy vehicle safety practices and transport compliance
Physically capable of meeting the demands of a site-based role
Availability to work a 6-day roster, Monday to Saturday, 10-hour shifts
Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or full work visa)
Currently residing in Victoria
**Desirable**:
HC or MC Licence with experience operating semi rear tippers
Competency in operating excavators, loaders, or other mobile plant
Experience in demolition, civil construction, or site remediation environments
