ELS is a rapidly expanding company working within the civil construction industry.  We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Mechanic in our depot in Dandenong Sth.
We have a fully equipped workshop, a fleet of trucks, light vehicles and a wide range of plant and machinery.  The majority of our fleet and equipment is new.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in the following:

  • Trade qualified with experience on diesel engines and Heavy Vehicles
  • Light to heavy vehicle / truck and plant repairs
  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • Full understanding of operation and maintenance procedures of all site equipment
  • Maintaining the workshop to a high standard
  • Ability to demonstrate safe work practices
  • Display a sense of urgency and punctuality in your work and meet required deadlines
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Work well in a team and autonomously, showing initiative and responsibility
  • The ability to multi task
  • Minimum 2+ years post apprenticeship is required (qualifications must be recognised in Australia)
