Paxon is seeking a professional, reliable and client-focused Office Administrator for a permanent full-time role located in Perth CBD.

- Key Responsibilities include:
- Front-of-house reception duties include meeting and greeting clients
- Preparation and management of the meeting room facilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing the kitchens
- Monthly invoicing
- Preparing and sending client correspondence
- General secretarial support including preparing client correspondence, photocopying, scanning and binding
- General office administration duties
Skills and Experience:
- A high degree of professionalism
- Previous administration experience in a professional services firm (highly regarded)
- Excellent client manner
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated commitment to excellence in client service
- Personable and approachable at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
