The Team Manager is responsible for the delivery of their manufacturing plan whilst on site. Reporting to our Manufacturing Manager and based at our Clayton bakery manufacturing site, this role will make a strong contribution to a high performing team culture.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead and motivate a team of Line Specialists and Operators
- Prepare production plans to deliver supply performance whilst minimising waste
- Manage direct labour plans, minimising use of casual workforce or overtime
- Drive improvements in line efficiencies and productivity
- Develop your Team through training, coaching and mentoring to ensure skills and competencies are developed to compliment production requirements.
- Champion and execute continuous improvements on the line, including but not limited to trouble shooting and process upgrades
- Project management of assignments at the site
- Ensure all safety cycle checks are carried out in accordance to schedule
- Ensure all safety alert notices are communicated to staff

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within FMCG manufacturing environments
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Strong leadership capability and focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in high pace and high volume environments
- Ability to influence and lead a team through periods of change

Our Clayton site runs 24x7 and our teams work a 7 day fortnight shift pattern, starting at either 11.30pm - 11.30am or 11.30am - 11.30pm. One of the great benefits of working a 7 day fortnight is that every other week, you get Friday, Saturday & Sunday off
