**Procurement Manager - Commercial**

Are you a data-driven procurement professional with a strong commercial mindset? Join us as a Procurement Manager - Commercial, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping subcontractor pricing strategies and driving commercial decision-making through advanced analytics.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing subcontractor pricing models, ensuring competitive and sustainable rate structures across the business. This role requires a deep analytical approach, working with large datasets to provide insights that drive profitability and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, model, and govern pricing strategies for subcontractor agreements.
- Conduct in-depth financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage big data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams, to ensure consistent and standardized pricing structures.
- Establish benchmarking tools and self-service rate models for improved pricing transparency.
- Provide governance and oversight on pricing to ensure compliance with commercial frameworks.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong background in procurement, pricing, or commercial analysis.
- Advanced skills in big data analytics, financial modeling, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query preferred), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar).
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
