Marrybrown Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time experienced Marketing Executive to support our business expansion.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and product activations to support business objectives.
- Support business growth and objectives with marketing activities.
- Working closely with the operations and general management teams to develop and execute annual events marketing calendar.
- Identifying and strategising on the most optimal and effect manner and method to capitalize on the Company’s business opportunities in targeted geographical markets domestically within Victoria.
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at local consumers.
- Develop marketing strategies to grow public awareness of the Company’s products and services within Victoria.
- Analysing and researching market trends and patterns to maximise the Company’s profile with target markets.
- Prepare and deliver briefs to stakeholders regarding marketing research and analysis, particularly on product mix, pricing, recommended marketing campaigns and intended outcomes, and selection of selling and distribution channels.
- Identifying potential demand and market opportunities for the Company’s products and services across allocated sectors.
- Measuring and monitoring all marketing initiatives and report to the Company.
- Promoting the Company’s services via online and offline marketing platforms.
- Ensuring that the Company’s marketing activities comply with any applicable contractual obligations or corporate requirements.
- Ensuring that the Company’s marketing activities are consistent and align with business objectives.
- Maintaining currency with industry best practices and emerging market technologies.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Full, unrestricted and indefinite work rights in Australia.
- Experience with quick-service restaurants and hospitality marketing will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possesses relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
