**THE ROLE**

You will be reporting directly to a Partner, with most of your time being spent managing client relationships and coaching staff.

You will be given a portfolio of clients to manage and be supported by a team of experienced accountants who will report to you.

Our client database spans across a diverse range of industries varying in size and complexity.

**ABOUT YOUR SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience
- Strong comprehension of income tax and GST provisions together with other statutory regulations and requirements
- Excellent client relationship skills and the confidence to nurture clients
- Good leadership skills with previous management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in liaising with clients
- Ability to think laterally and trouble-shoot complex issues
- High attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software packages
- Full rights to work in Australia - full Australian residency status preferred.

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $159,999.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
