W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across multiple venues while supporting the Director of Marketing and the day-to-day execution of the hotel marketing plan and marketing channels.

You will be a highly motivated and creative individual with previous experience including but not limited to: project management of marketing activations, managing all digital platforms - HWS, microsites, EDM, social media - organic, paid and community management, management of content including photoshoots, video shoots and file management. You will also support with the management of collateral, partnerships, PR activities and monthly reports.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or minimum 2-3year’s experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
- Strong copywriting skills. Experience in drafting engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels and mediums
- Experience in social media strategy, management and content creation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent
- Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market and consumer trends is a plus
