An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Marketing Executive to join our Development Marketing Team working on Brisbane Showgrounds. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract role based at our Brisbane, Kingsgate office.

This role will see you supporting marketing planning and strategy and driving delivery of marketing programs and tactics. You’ll report to the Project Marketing Manager and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including the Showgrounds Development Team, Retail Team, Building managers / owners, Marketing Services, agency partners, council and government.

**Some of your duties and responsibilities will involve**:

- Developing campaign briefs, briefing agencies and ongoing relationship management with agency partners
- Managing the delivery of precinct campaigns from inception to implementation, including post-campaign reporting and analytics
- Developing events and activations, managing the implementation and delivery
- Management of all marketing channels, with a key focus on digital marketing and content creation
- Coordination of PR activities with appointed PR agency
- Ongoing customer engagement with commercial & retail tenants
- Budget management

- You take ownership of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to implementation and post campaign analysis.
- You have a demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and social media
- You have a passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences
- You have proven experience in, and enjoy, managing diverse stakeholder groups
- You’ve got strong written and verbal communication skills

Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications supported by a few years proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the Retail or Commercial Office sectors.
