**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this newly created role will look after a designated area in Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a locally based sales superstar to make the role their own or a trades person to step away from the tools into a new venture. The successful applicant will create and maintain relationships with key clients to build The Pool Tile’s reputation and sales utilising the fully fitted out **mobile showroom van** to showcase our product range.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Identifying and targeting business opportunities.
- Building relationships with Landscapers, Pool Builders & Architects.
- Developing call plans, appointment setting and tracking progress.
- Conducting quality sales consultations in client's homes.
- Processing quotes and orders and following up on sales leads.
- Stocking and maintaining the mobile showroom van.

**ABOUT YOU**

This role will be mostly on the road with the flexibility to work from home. You will be required to spend some time at the Melbourne Showroom for product training and meetings.

**You will have**:

- Strong customer service ethics.
- Previous experience in the pool industry or a trades person with experience in tiling, pool building or landscaping will be advantageous but not essential.
- The willingness to travel to meet clients within metro and regional Victoria
- Good communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Have a high level of self-motivation and follow up
- Be highly personable and well presented.
- Hold a Current drivers’ licence and willing and able to drive the specially kitted out van.
- Have somewhere to store the van securely.
