We have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Business Transformation manager to lead and drive the organisation’s strategic initiatives. You will define the Group’s roadmap and align business objectives with technology solutions. You will be passionate about putting the power of smart tech and smart support to work.

**This is a role for someone who is excited at the prospect of**:

- Implementing a comprehensive technology roadmap;
- Driving initiatives to identify process improvements and technology solutions;
- Leading and managing projects from inception to delivery on time and within budget;
- Building high-performing teams utilising both in-house and off-shore resources
- Coaching and developing staff.

**You will bring to the role**:

- A degree in business, computer science or engineering;
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business transformation, change management or project management;
- Proven experience leading successful transformation initiatives across mid-size organisations;
- Excellent leadership and people management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
