**Essential Job Functions**
- Prepares the transition section of proposals for large, complex accounts and obtains agreement from the Line of Service (LOS) representatives.
- Assists with coordination efforts for the transition of retained information technology employees from multiple outsourcing agreements.
- Assists with incorporating transitioned staff into the business unit architecture.
- Assists with establishing a communication strategy to ensure individuals involved are informed of the transition requirements and progress.
- Orients less experienced personnel to processes, procedures, tools, methodologies, and techniques for accomplishing the objectives of the business unit.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Twelve or more years of project, program, or outsourcing experience
- Experience working with the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems

**Other Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel
