**About the Role**:
**Reporting to**: Logistics Assistant Manager
**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Work Location**: WFH + South Wharf
**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Ensure container availability to meet forecasted cargo demand and inform Assistant Logistics Manager of any equipment shortages.
Monitor depot performance including turn times, equipment repairs and idle containers.
Coordinate Equipment availability with SLC’s
Produce Equipment Forecast vs Bookings (Supply vs Demand management)
To achieve the DRE (Direct Return Empty) Yearly Budget per location.
Timely Response Times to Equipment related RFI from CS (within 1 hour of receipt and achieve global KPI target of 75% reply less than 1 hour)
The timely management of general administration and reporting functions undertaken by the logistics controller
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Year 12 or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Logistics industry
Good computer skills with excellent understanding of Excel
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can - do’ attitude
Strong organisational and administration skills.
**Eligibility Requirements**:
Applicants must be an Australian citizens or a permanent residents.
