Are you ready for a challenging and diverse payroll career? DSV Melbourne (Head Office) are searching for a Part Time Payroll Assistant to join the Finance team You will thrive in a close and supportive team environment, assisting payroll processing for Australia & New Zealand in an outsourced environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Utilising Chris21 system and generating reports
- Assisting the Payroll Specialist, responding to payroll enquiries
- Managing Superannuation data
- Work closely with HR and Finance departments
- Processing new employee documents and terminations (from payroll perspective)
- Cover/backfill staff on leave
- Oversee payroll inbox and manage incoming data changes

**About you**:

- Experience in Payroll or similar position would be advantageous
- Experience using a Payroll system, preferably Chris21
- Ability to process information accurately and in a timely manner
- Skills utilising Microsoft Excel (VLookups, reporting)
- Excellent communication skills
