**About the opportunity**

We are seeking an administration superstar to join our amazing Customer Care team on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional administrative services to Alwyndor's clients, customers, volunteers, staff and visitors. You will be the first point of contact either via phone or face to face, answering queries and/or referring onto relevant areas. You will also be responsible for booking, cancelling and changing client appointments on behalf of our stakeholders.
- Medium to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Data entry skills together with an understanding of database administration
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to establish credibility and deliver high quality outcomes
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the preparation of correspondence and reports
- Be available to work a roster between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and participate in a rotational Saturday roster working between the hours of 9am - 4pm
- Have up to date flu and Covid-19 vaccinations

Whilst not essential previous experience with rostering will hold you in high regards as will experience working in the aged care sector.

You must be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
