Alwyndor’s welcoming, high-quality facilities include 144 residential, dementia, respite care beds, transitional and care awaiting placement beds, together with allied health, therapy and wellness programs and home support packages that support people in Adelaide’s southern metro communities.

**About the opportunity**

We are seeking an administration superstar to join our amazing Customer Care team.

We have a full time and permanent part time maternity leave positions available.

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional administrative services to Alwyndor's clients, customers, volunteers, staff, and visitors. You will be the first point of contact either via phone or face to face, answering queries and/or referring onto relevant areas. You will also be responsible for booking, cancelling, and changing client appointments on behalf of our stakeholders.
- Medium to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Data entry skills together with an understanding of database administration
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to establish credibility and deliver high quality outcomes.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the preparation of correspondence and reports
- Be available to work a roster between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

Whilst not essential previous experience working in the aged care sector will hold you in high regard. Experience with CHSP and MAC Portal desirable but not essential.

You must be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
