**Description**:
Who is CPP?
Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) are an industry leader in utility and renewable high-voltage power solutions. We design, construct, commission and maintain renewable energy infrastructure such as substations, wind farms and battery storage systems.

Who are we looking for?
To help us through this transition of growth, we are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who will have a focus on talent, resourcing and onboarding to support the business in placing the highest quality talent at CPP.
Getting the right people into the right roles is critical to our company and this is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to play a big part in the future success at CPP.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Previous experience in a Human Resources or Recruitment role, or similar
Knowledge of best practice recruitment and selection (shortlisting, screening, interviewing, reference checking)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
