**Brief Description**

Reporting directly to our Executive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that efficient air charter operations are delivered and maintained on a day to day basis within the Operations department to the highest standard and service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Monitoring aircraft movements;
- Maintaining day to day operational contact with our clients and responding to their needs when required;
- Point of contact for significant disruptions and working with key stakeholders for solutions;
- Proactively seeking solutions for aircraft disruptions, reviewing impact to schedule, and proactively seeking solutions to the issues;
- Assisting and responding to enquiries for the charter of company aircraft, quoting, responding to third party aircraft cross hire opportunities and management of aircraft handling services;
- Managing all associated aspects of company aircraft charters; not exclusive to schedule requirements, passenger details, passenger catering and flight crew travel/accommodation;
- Ensuring all charter operations are in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance liaison regarding the planning of scheduled maintenance;
- Oversee scheduled coordination & other aviation systems within the company;
- Maintain awareness of Aviation Safety, Emergency and OHS requirements for self, team and customers;
- Report operational matters that have a commercial impact on the performance of contracts and other clients;
- Producing Client Monthly Management Performance Summaries and other reporting requirements;
- General administration and preparation of invoices and;
- Oversee Flight Crew rosters and amend any necessary changes where required

**Key Requirements**

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Minimum 2-3 years operational aviation experience a must
- Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate (Desirable but not essential)
- Aviation Ground Handling Experience (Desirable but not essential)
- Must be able to hold or be able to hold an ASIC for the duration of employment

**Education**
- Australia Year 12 or Equivalent (Minimum)
- Tertiary Qualification (Desirable but not essential)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
