**About the opportunity**:
Hudson are busy than ever and are currently seeking an experienced legal support professional to join a busy law firm to provide secretarial and paralegal support to two Solicitors. Please see details of the opportunity below:

- ** Role**: Legal Assistant & Paralegal
- **Area of Law**: Commercial and litigation
- **Salary**: Up to $82k + Super (depending on years of experience)
- **Type of employment**: Permanent
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch
- **Supporting**: Providing secretarial support to two Solicitors
- **Systems**: MS Office, PEXA
- **Office Address**: Perth CBD, WA 6000

**Main duties**:

- Proactive diary management and coordination of meeting/travel arrangements
- Preparation of documents and correspondence
- Filing of documents on eCourts Portal
- Filing correspondence and documents on office files
- Conduct of Landgate Searches
- Attendance at PEXA Settlements
- Compiling documents for Court/SAT hearings
- General administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, searches etc

**What is required**:
We welcome applicants with 2 years' (or more) experience as a Legal Assistant in private practice (essential). Along with this, you're a self-motivated individual who is always that one step ahead, your organisational skills are top-notch and excellent attention to detail.
