**About the role at Optus**
The Sales Admin Customer Support representative is a dedicated resource to our sales team and acts as the first point of contact once the sale is closed. You are the primary lead for this team, you process these efficiently and tackle any critical customer concerns with an innovation mindset
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Training - Provide ongoing training, support, and incentives that motivate and retain sales team members
- Sales Process Execution - Execute on designed touch points in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects

- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
