**Ramsay Clinic New Farm, New Farm**
**The Opportunity**
This is a permanent part time role facilitating two of Ramsay Clinic New Farm’s Day Programs. The applicant needs to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and engagement of patients across age groups.
You will also be participating in the ongoing development of these programs and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support all patients under these unique programs.
This role is three days a week facilitating and co-facilitating our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programs as part of a multidisciplinary team. Set days are required for this role due to these programs being existing and current.
**Skills and Experience**
You will have the ability to plan and organise skills groups, along with a commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment, will also be key to all these positions.
**_ You will need to demonstrate:_**
- Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent mental health care professional registration such as Mental Health Social Worker
- Training and experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibility
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite
