**Job Description**:
This rare full-time opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong leadership capabilities to join our Supply Chain team based in Eagle Farm, Queensland. The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on role and will be responsible for day to day safe and efficient operations, with a customer centric focus.

Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, the responsibilities of Warehouse Manager will include, but not limited to:

- Perform required daily store functions including pick, pack, ship, receiving, stock counts, put away and replenishments.
- Manage local transportation suppliers and ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
- Facilitate quality checking and returns process
- Collaborate with sales, customer service and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for site performance improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Firsthand experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Previous experience within a similar role, preferably in a FMCG warehouse.
- Self-motivated and driven; an adaptive person with a calm & positive influence.
- Appropriate licenced to operate pallet rider, WAV and forklift.
