**About us**:
Archway Community Support (ACS) is a team of passionate people who value collaboration, compassion, integrity and dedication based in Logan supporting participants across the Greater Brisbane area.

Our focus is to provide high quality, person centred, active support and positively contribute to improving the quality of life for those living with a disability on their path to better living.

We provide individualised person centred supports that help people with disability and/or mental health to meet their goals and become more independent.

**About the role**:
Supports include but not limited to:

- Personal Care
- Daily Living Activities
- Domestic Assistance
- Food Preparation
- Community Access
- Employment Support
- Capacity Building

**Essential Experience and Requirements**:

- Current driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Blue and Yellow Card.
- Have or be willing to obtain Cert III in Individual Support, or similar.
- NDIS Commission Worker Orientation Module.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours ongoing.
- A genuine desire to provide quality care and enhance the lives of our participants
- Ability to multitask and keep a clean environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card (required)
