**HSEQ Administrator - **maintain Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) management systems for leading equipment reliability business in Australia across Australia.

**THIS ROLE** will see you working as part of a dynamic and positive team This role reports to the Operations Director and would suit a passionate, dedicated, and organised Health & Safety professional who wants to make a difference and be led down their own career development pathway. Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- **Manage and drive compliance with OSH and Environmental compliance**:

- **Develop and maintain appropriate systems and programs to ensure the efficient optimization of the company SHERQ system, training and documentation**:

- **Perform risk assessments and continually review and manage the risk assessment process**:

- **Ensure operations comply with ISO certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001 ISO2901 and ISO45001**

**YOU** will build a quality, customer-focused ethos promoting a 'right first time, can do' culture and People First Approach. You will also possess the following skills and attributes, coupled with a thirst for continual learning:

- **Cert IV in Health and Safety - Essential (or in progress)**:

- **Cert IV in Environmental Management (highly desirable)**:

- **Ability to manage technical and non-technical team members**:

- **Experience in relevant ISO standards & Proven industry experience**:

- **Experience in manufacturing, mining, or pump and sealing industries**
