Job Opportunity: HSEQ Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic HSEQ team as an Administrator.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Document control administration for IMS related documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain users and accurate records within the company IMS system (Donesafe).
  • Manage the shared HSEQ Inbox and calendar for scheduling training, site visits, meetings, and toolbox talks.
  • Perform duties of the HSR Committee Secretary.
  • Administer the internal TAP request process with the Production Training Officer.
  • Maintain and administer training and e-learning modules within the IMS platform.
  • Provide IMS system technical administration and statistical reporting support.
  • Support external training, including bookings, competency dissemination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in safety walks, task observations, quality walks, and other HSEQ lead indicator activities.
  • Organize HSEQ-related files and folders in the shared directory.
  • Assist with purchasing-related administration and taking minutes of HSEQ meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • A positive attitude, solutions-focused and proactive.
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and display effective time management skills.
  • Previous experience in WHS, document control, and minute-taking is highly regarded.
