We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSEQ Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused individual to provide administrative support to the HSEQ team, working closely with colleagues to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective document control administration for IMS related documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintenance of accurate records within the company IMS system (Donesafe) including user management.
  • Coordination of the shared HSEQ Inbox and calendar for scheduling of training, site visits, meetings, and toolbox discussions.
  • Provision of secretariat services for the HSR Committee.
  • Administration of internal TAP requests in collaboration with the Production Training Officer.
  • Management of training and e-learning modules, documentation, and associated statistics within the IMS platform.
  • Technical administration and reporting support for the IMS system.
  • External training administrative support including bookings, competency dissemination, and stakeholder information provision.
  • Participation in supported HSEQ lead indicator activities (safety walks, task observations, quality walks) for expanded learning and development.
  • Filing and organization of HSEQ-related documents in the shared directory.
  • Assistance with budgeting and purchasing administration (purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipting).
  • Minute-taking for HSEQ-related meetings.
Requirements:
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Solutions-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in WHS, document control, and minute-taking is advantageous.
