Job Description*
The Opportunity:*
We, at Flywire, are seeking a **Relationship Manager** - this role will be responsible for managing key agent relationships, focusing on the execution of strategies to increase agent utilisation of the Flywire Agent Solution and growth within the region.
- Working closely with the Director, Agent Partnerships in the execution of strategies designed to increase agent sales growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Responsible for managing and strengthening existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through cross-selling of our products and services; including Payments and Overseas Student Health Cover
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents and respond promptly to inquiries
- Onboarding new agents via in person and virtual trainings
- Manage and build key internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute growth plans
Qualifications*
Here’s What We’re Looking For:*
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent
- Working experience in the International Education Market (Working with Education/migration agents will be a plus)
- Experience with Overseas Student Health Cover a plus
- Consistent record of achieving targets and strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding cross-selling targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products and services.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
