Our client, a leading Organisation with a National presence is seeking an experienced
**Billing Assistant** to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

The Billing Assistant will work collaboratively within the finance team, creating and sending invoices, keeping track of money owed by customers, and updating records with new payments and customer information.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Be the expert in Billings and understand all required functions at a National level
- Support the team as the first point of call with customers
- Build and manage relationships both internally and externally
- Issue and send account statements when necessary and create periodic reports for management

**Essential Requirements**:

- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A formal accounting qualification or currently undertaking study to attain a qualification
- Strong computer literacy
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A passion to meet deadlines
