About the role
This is a blended and hybrid, frontline role, where your working week will be a blend of supporting virtual and in-person VCAT matters, as well as having the opportunity to work from home and at our VCAT venues.
About you
You're a multi-tasker, who can communicate with a diverse range of people and concurrently manage multiple, online, in-house systems to deliver our service offering. You'll be joining a small and close-knit team with a dedicated focus on providing support. The Bench Clerk role is the ideal entry point, into our organisation, as you will learn the key components of a variety of VCAT lists and work alongside VCAT members, users, and staff.
