**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Producing reports for Regional Managers, by gathering, organising, analysing, and presenting data
- Warehousing and logistics overhaul
- Oversee management of the warehouse and stores, including staff and operations
- Oversee sales administration, including licenses, product orders, sales procurement and general business operations
- Assign and direct tasks to staff to ensure completion in a safe and timely manner
- Training and monitoring staff performance
- Try a hand in our line of work Participate in staff recruitment and selection, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and providing input on selection criteria.
- A hint of travel to regional Victoria and Tasmania

We are looking for a leader for this role, not a manager. Someone who is patient and collaborative and able to work within a long-standing team. This is no small undertaking; you will be the manager of all things change and innovation in this expanding empire.
- Customer focused experience
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with people at all levels
- Want brownie points? You also have accounts and/or sales experience
