Reporting to the Director, Cabinet and Parliamentary Services, the Manager is one of three key leadership roles in a small, high-impact team that plays a key co-ordination role for the department in executive government decision making and reporting.
The position will support the Director, Cabinet and Parliamentary Services to co-ordinate key responsibilities in the Parliamentary and government reporting spaces.
To be successful in this role you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to:
build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships, and leverage those relationships to achieve results
critically analyse and review matters progressed to the Director-General and Minister, and other stakeholders to ensure high standards and compliance with departmental and government guidelines
drive process improvement.
As the supervisor of two team members, you will also work closely with the Director to manage personnel matters and support team members' professional development.
