The Workforce Reporting team manage, produce and distribute regular HR operating reporting and provide consultative HR data services on-demand to QLD government agencies.Some of your key responsibilities include: - Generate management, operational and ad-hoc information and reports for senior managers, business units, central agencies and other organisations on human resource and workforce matters. Assist in the interpretation of management, operational and ad-hoc information. Develop a sound understanding of the available data and the source systems. Assist in projects aimed at developing, reviewing and improving workforce reporting systems and processes. Monitor information for accuracy and usage. Deliver products within the scope of the Workforce Reporting and ensure the consistent, timely and high-quality reporting of product outputs/outcomes of services within the scope of the section. Provide informed and accurate advice and support to managers and staff on all workforce reporting services and assist team members in the interpretation of relevant legislation, policy and procedures. Contribute to accountable, fair and safe work environment embracing human resource management practices including workplace health and safety, employment equity, anti-discrimination and performance management. Undertake all work deliverables to the highest standards and ensure all work outputs adhere to internal quality assurance methods, frameworks and requirements.Your skills and working knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel and MS Power BI will be highly valued
